Oct. 15, 2016: Autumn Storms

After the Sun drops below the equator for another year the mighty Atlantic Ocean likes to throw storms at the west coast of England.

This storm – approaching Liverpool Bay – will arrive in 10 minutes. Hail, 50mph winds and thunder. Then 10 minutes later the sun will come out again – but the remaining flowers of summer will have been cut to shreds by the hail stones.

Really a great shot!

My peaceful beach is largely gone having been taken away by Hurricane Matthew.
