Royal Caribbean dumps traditional dinner dining

Royal Caribbean is trying out a new idea.  Instead of a massive dining room to which you're assigned a table and seats for dinner, you'll have a choice from five dining rooms with a variety of cuisines ranging from Chinese to a steakhouse.  The new dining concept will be rolled out on the "Quantum of the Seas" later this year.  An app will be available to help you make reservations at your preferred eatery.

I'm all for giving travelers more options, and like the idea for those who enjoy cruising.  More on this story here.

It actually makes me think of taking a cruise.I like choice and staying connected. One reason i've been hesitant, besides the idea of having things planned out, is I'm afraid of the extras the Cruises charge for. I always thought Cruises were all inclusive and from what people tell me, they are not. The actual costs of the cruises sometimes is a bargain so I might try it one of these days

If you want a thing done, ask a busy man.
