Sept 20. 2018: The River Dee, North Wales

 

Even after 3 months of drought the Dee is still a fast flowing river at Llangollen in North Wales. It takes the melting ice and snow from Mount Snowden—months after the summer has hit everyone else. Enough for white water rafting and supplying the drinking water for half a million people. And what doesn't get used flows into the Irish Sea.
