Shave Ice, Hanalei, Kauai

One of Hawaii's most popular snacks is shave ice. Samantha previously shared her experience with shave ice in Oahu, which you can take a look at here.

We had great shave ice when visiting the north shore of Kauai. The shave ice was served with a base of ice cream, then finely crushed ice, and topped with your favorite syrup flavors.

It's a refreshing treat on a hot day! And if you don't want to try the shave ice, sample some of the fresh juice.
