Another selection of images from my time as a flâneur (we SO need an English word for that!) in Latvia. This time, I’ve mostly chosen 3-D representations of the businesses.
Some seem simply appropriate: a wise owl perched outside a bookstore or the rollicking Colonel outside a bar and grill of the same name.
But I did find it a bit puzzling that the least blue part of the sign below is, in fact, the not-blue cow.
Speaking of cow: This one’s not 3-D, but it’s huge and seemed to be zooming right out the window of this MickeyD wannabe!
