Cockburn Town (on the island of Grand Turk) is the tiny capitol of the Turks and Caicos Islands—a small island we visited during a Caribbean cruise.
The place was pleasant, but the only building that caught my eye was this small Anglican Church along Front Street. Built in 1899, and having survived a number of hurricanes, it looked sharp with fresh white paint and contrasting red trim.
As I was snapping photos of the church, a horse-drawn carriage passed us on Front Street. A reminder that life on this island definitely moves at a slower pace.
