Usually, I enjoy staying up late and sleeping in the following morning (one of the benefits of retirement). When I travel, I generally get to bed earlier and rise early to get the most experiences out of the day.

While staying at a farmhouse near San Luis Obispo, I was rewarded with this lovely rural scene of sunrise on an overcast morning.
