I was visiting a friend, and this was the view from their house. I could understand why they built their house facing this direction. I was taken by the beauty, but didn’t even think about taking a picture of it until the mama deer, and one of her little fawns (yes there were two of them it turns out) came into the frame enjoying the lush grasses.
I try not to take for granted the almost constant beauty that I see living in North Idaho. You can see the fields and beautiful Selkirk Mountains in this picture as they draw you further North and into Canada. Come visit some time!
