Taiwan tourists officials hoping giant shoe structure brings travelers

A giant blue stiletto heel sculpture dubbed the 'shoe church' is opening next month at a coastal park in southern Chiayi county, Taiwan.

Tourism officials are hoping to attract couples for wedding photos. Also those officials want the structure to mark the end of tragedies in the area that blackfoot disease caused in the 1950's. Many people had to have their feet amputated to survive.
