Gumbo, as we know, is a restless soul -- always looking for something new and interesting beyond the horizon. Today Gumbo's travels have taken him to a place where a lot of hard work built a great structure. And I'm not referring to that bridge in the background.
This should be a fairly easily solved puzzle with a little work and research, and I've another WITW ready for the weekend if this one is solved quickly, so go to work you travel detectives!
