"Will the future take you on an American Airlines flight ...crossing the ocean and Ryanair taking you from there?" I rarely say "never" but, in this case, never. I've tried it and will say unequivocally, never again. I have a personal rule which states, "if the only way to get there is on Ryanair, I won't go there." The airline is a reflection of it's founder, which is to say, trashy.

It seems a huge and unfair fee. I can't believe a company with Lufthansa's finances really needs to impose something so draconian. And if they do, I think their business will suffer. As we all know, consumers are very price sensitive.

Fascinating. Thanks for posting. My family and I have watched the film Amadeus at least two dozen times, and always supposed the Salieri poisoning was dramatic confabulation.

It had always seemed suspicious to me, but I had never known that it was Pushkin who earned a Parson Weems award for this one! Well, it certainly worked out well for F. Murray Abraham!
