DrFumblefinger visits Paris' Rodin Museum, which is located in the artist's last home. The Museum houses Rodin's collection of antiques, his art collection and many of his own personal works. The grounds are beautifully tended and dotted with the artist's work.

I’d love to see photos of the rooms where Rodin lived, if you have some DrF. It’s been over 30 years since I visited the museum and only remember the garden.

Unfortunately I did not photograph Rodin's bedroom, PM.

A reminder of how differently each of us sees a place.

No question about it. I was definitely focused on the art.

Besides wine, the town of Beaune in the Burgundy region of France, is most famous for a roof.  Built in 1443 as a hospital for the poor by Duke Philip, known as “The Good”, the HÔtel-Dieu des Hospices de Beaune continued caring for people of the community until 1970.
