Sri Lanka has long been on my wish list!! Lovely photos...I can't wait to visit!!

Thank you very much. Sri Lanka is a country that really has it all - beautiful landscapes, interesting historical sites, fabulous wildlife, and fantastic beaches. The people tend to be very welcoming and we also love the food. I first went there on a business trip in the mid-90s and was so enthralled that I returned with the family the very next year. Altogether we now count some 18 visits (we think!), often for several weeks.

As the months tick by I get more antsy. I usually go somewhere month to month. Oh well. I am thankful I am healthy and that COVID-19 hasn't touched my family or loved ones.
