When my kids were younger, Arthur Avenue made a great end to a day at the Bronx Zoo or Botanical Garden...I'm glad it's still going!

I was impressed by the name of the memorial. "Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe". Full credit and kudos to the Germans for acknowledging what happened and their role in it. I'm not sure if other countries would have used such strong language.

Portmoresby, that is a good question. I guess it because, all of the maps and tourist websites use Moskva for the river, but if I said I was in the city of Moskva, most English speakers would have no idea where I was.
