Dubai airport expands to handle 90 million

Dubai  International  Airport announced  in 2014  that it replaced Britain’s Heathrow as the world’s busiest airport for international travel. Last year, 78 million passengers passed  through.

 On Wednesday, the airport expanded again opening the new $1.2 billion Concourse D.  With the new concourse, it will raise its annual capacity to 90 million passengers.
