Sunset, Wine and Cheese in the San Fernando Valley

My wife and I recently visited some friends — LestertheInvestor and his lovely wife, Pam — at their home in the western San Fernando Valley.   They live in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains and have great views of the valley.

That evening we enjoyed a nice sunset from their backyard.  I’m sure our hosts have witnessed even more spectacular sunsets during the years they have lived there, but it was interesting and enjoyable one, as you can see….

It was our pleasure to host the esteemed Dr. Fumblefinger and his amazing wife, Sylvia, at our home. The sunsets and sunrises are indeed spectacular — to wit the sunrise this morning beneath a cloudy sky (atmospheric river)! 20230108_074351
