This book by Matt Goulding focuses on Japan’s food culture. Lonely Planet has also come out with a new line of From the Source, cookbooks that that focus on the cuisines of Thailand and Italy. Guides de Routard, which some have compared to a French version of Lonely Planet guides, has created a free guidebook to France for refugees arriving from war-torn countries.
