Ouigo, the low-cost version of France’s TGV, has released 100,000 tickets for summer travel from the Paris region to the south: Avignon, Aix, Marseilles, Nice, etc.) at an eye-popping €10 each. Available on ouigo.com.
Ouigo is an independently run subsidiary of the French national rail company SNCF . It started in April 2013 between Marne-la Vallee (the Disney station near Paris) and some points south east.
